Capture the Flag

Great day for Family Phys. Ed. We had 4 families play and we started with a warm up game of everyone's favorite classic, Toilet Tag. We then did a family workout that everyone was able to participate and get a good sweat going. As soon as we were done we headed outdoors for a wonderful game outdoors. We played Capture the Flag with Frisbees. Players had to try and get from their side safely to the other team's side without getting tagged. Just a few blurry videos from the game final game.
