Sharks and Battleships

What a fun summer Family Phys. Ed. class. The weather was great so we started with Sharks and Sailors outside and all the parents and kiddos practiced their evasive running. We talked about smart pursuit angles and being honest if we get tagged or not. We then came inside for an all inclusive bodyweight workout. We then wrapped up several awesome rounds of Battleship. This game encouraged teams to cooperate and communicate clearly in order to be successful. All the families left sweaty and with big smiles. Thank you everyone for coming out and getting some quality family time.
