Exercise: Create Family Workout with these 4 exercises. Use a number of Songs, number of Rounds, or Length of Time:


-Plank

-Jump rope

-Lunges

-Shoulder Press


Activity: - Bike Ride or any other 2 Wheel Ride as a Family.


Game: -Team Sports as a Family: Soccer, Football, Basketball, etc.
