Exercise: Create Family Workout with these 4 exercises. Use a number of Songs, number of Rounds, or Length of Time:

-Pushups

-Jump Rope

-Lunges

-Squat Jumps


Activity: - Bike, Scooter, or anything with 2 wheels! How far can you and the family get?


Game: -Team sport: Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, etc.
