Exercise: Create Family Workout with these 4 exercises. Use a number of Songs, number of Rounds, or Length of Time:
-Lunges
-Knee to Elbow Jumps
-Squats
-Plank
Activity: - Family Swim! Get in the water and swim together, races, relays, etc.
Game: -Crumpled Up Paper Dodgeball! Dip , Duck, Dodge, Throw!
