Throw a handful of Halloween candy into a pile in the middle of your family.


For every chocolate candy, complete 20 jumping jacks.


For every gummy candy, complete 10 squats.


Everyone choose your FAVORITE candy and assign an exercise & rep count to it.


Complete the exercises together as an extra challenge!

Zombie Run - Take a family run together. No family member left behind!


Lurking Lunges - Do walking lunges to the end of your yard and back.


Bat squats - Oh no! Bats are flying right toward you! Complete 20 squats to dodge the bats!


Creepy Crawler Push-ups - Do 10 push-ups. After each one, inch forward!


2) Activity:


Take a family cool down walk around your neighborhood. Talk about your favorite spooky exercise and try to brainstorm some more! Use them to create another mini workout you can do together this week.
