Exercise: Create Family Workout with these 4 exercises. Use a number of Songs, number of Rounds, or Length of Time:

-Laps

-Squats

-Burpees

-Sit Ups


Activity: - Find a Local Track and Try to Complete a Half Mile or Full Mile Walk/Jog/Run


Game: -Long Handled Sports - Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, Broomball, etc.
